The call for our assistance may be motivated by the desire of management to strengthen the team mobilized to ensure an optimal launch of the partner program that we have developed.
We also work on other missions that specifically relate to partnerships or Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
Assisting and contributing : We get involved on the field to support the company's teams in order to ensure the deployment of the partner program according to what was agreed during the Design phase, or for specific missions.
Identification of contacts, initiation of discussions, negotiation of contracts, onboarding of partners, coaching of sales, marketing, services’ teams, improvement of CRM/XRM management systems, are examples of missions that we can assume or projects to which we can contribute. We strive to work in symbiosis with internal teams.
